1. Advertising & Information Sharing Disclosure
By submitting your information through Next Step Relocation, you expressly consent to be contacted by Next Step Relocation (“NSR”), its affiliates, partners, and third-party moving companies regarding your moving request and related services.
You understand and agree that the information you provide, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, moving details, and any other submitted information, may be shared with licensed moving companies, brokers, carriers, and service providers in order to obtain quotes, pricing, and service options intended to help you secure competitive moving rates.
By submitting your information, you authorize these companies to contact you via phone call, text message (SMS), email, and automated or prerecorded communications, even if your phone number is listed on any state, federal, or corporate Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
NSR does not guarantee pricing, availability, or services offered by third-party companies. All quotes and services are provided directly by the participating moving companies.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
By opting into our text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Next Step Relocation and its authorized partners at the cell number used when signing up.
SMS Privacy Commitment: Notwithstanding any other disclosure in these terms, mobile information collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@valueaddedmoving.com.
Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using any service provided by Next Step Relocation, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, communications, and interactions with our company.
4. Services Provided
Next Step Relocation offers moving coordination, packing, transportation, and related relocation services. The exact scope of services is defined in the confirmed quote or agreement.
5. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are based on the details provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if there are changes in volume, weight, accessibility, distance, timing, or services required.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required before, during, or after the move. Failure to complete payment may result in delays or suspension of service.
7. Customer Obligations
The customer must provide accurate information, ensure access to properties, and secure parking where required. The customer is also responsible for identifying fragile or high-value items in advance.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in advance. Depending on timing, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations may incur additional fees.
9. Liability and Damage
While we take every precaution, any claims for damage must be reported immediately after delivery. Claims submitted after the completion of the move may not be accepted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant legal authority.
