Next Step Relocation provides moving and relocation services that require scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning. For this reason, all payments, deposits, and fees are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

2. Deposits and Booking Fees

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to allocate resources, staff, and logistics for your move.

3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, cancellation must be requested in writing via email within 48 hours of booking. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official contact email listed on our website. Verbal cancellations, phone calls, or messages through other channels may not be considered valid.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

– Cancellation after the allowed time window
– Failure to provide accurate move details
– No-show or last-minute cancellation
– Refusal of service at the scheduled time
– Changes that significantly impact the move scope after booking

5. Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move date are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.

6. Service Adjustments

If changes are made to your move (such as additional items, different location, or extended time), additional charges may apply. These adjustments are not grounds for a refund.

7. Failed or Incomplete Moves

If a move cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (access restrictions, inaccurate information, missing permissions), no refund will be issued for the reserved service time.

8. Payment Processing Fees

Any transaction or processing fees charged by banks or payment providers may be non-refundable.

9. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the standard policy may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional situations. Approval is not guaranteed.
